Asrama Accomodation, Broome, is located just a few minutes drive from many of Broome’s popular tourist attractions. With Roebuck Bay only a stones throw away, head down for a relaxing stroll or alternatively, a bus stop to Chinatown or Cable Beach is only 5 a minute walk away. For those looking for fun in the sun, both the Town Beach and the famous Cable Beach are just around the corner.
BROOME BIRD OBSERVATORY
A Mecca for migratory birds, the Broome Bird Observatory is a short drive out along the shores of Roebuck Bay.
CABLE BEACH
For a swim, surf or sun bake try Broome’s famous Cable Beach. A camel ride at sunset is a must.
CHINATOWN
Broome’s historic shopping and cultural area is full of boutiques, jewellery and pearl shops, restaurants and bars as well as the famous outdoor Sun Pictures.
CROCODILE FARM
Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Farm and Wildlife Park is 20 km out of town on the Broome Road.
FISHING
Broome is renowned for its fishing and crabbing, both shore based and boat. Boating charters, both sea and creek are readily available.
GOLF
The Broome Golf and Country Club is open to the public most days of the week.
KAYAKING
Kayaking and Kayak fishing is available for sight seeing and hunting and gathering.
RESTAURANTS
Many restaurants boasting both local and multicultural cuisine abound in Broome.
SPORTING CENTRE
The Broome Sporting Centre boasts a large swimming pool as well as tennis and squash courts.
STAIRCASE TO THE MOON
This monthly event is best seen either at Town Beach or The Mangrove Hotel.

Taxi services are readily available in Broome.
